Precious got me our engagement ring , and I so love the ring.
* happy happy* And then, I started to be so occupied with all the planning and preparations.
Tiring, yes, BUT... its extremely worth it.
Another dream came true. :)
The most awaited day came.
Could not sleep well the night before, worrying about many things.. think dat's normal lah since this is the very first BIG event for my side being the only child.
Nevertheless, i'm really thankful that I have all my loved ones giving me a hand here and there to ensure that the day was carefully planned and carried out well.
No exact words available in the dictionary to describe my feelings.
Till today, I can smile for no reason...
1. Thanks to Allah, for making all these possible and for answering my Doa's everyday.
2. Thanks to Abah and Mak , for making it easy for me to plan out the event.. their endless supports and words of encouragement really walked me through to enter this new chapter of my life. I just don't know how I can ever repay them for these. Their Doa's and blessings are really much much appreciated.
3. Thanks to soon- to - be ayah and ibu -in laws for showering me with so much love and for the priceless good treatment which makes me feel as their own.
4. Thanks to my cousin Yana & Azmeer, who from the beginning , so excited about this day that they willing to spend lots of time making-over my room and planned out for the ever-so-pretty and unique hantaran gifts. Not forgetting , Azmeer who helped to be the photographer for the day even w/o enough sleep.
5. Thanks to Cik Sham and Cik Dah for the finger-licking good food and ensuring the guests are comfortable with our majlis.
6. Thanks to my cousin cum sister , Yayah who has been giving me all the encouragements and advises, eventhough she is much younger than I am, I believe some things are really not what I have thought of.
7. Thanks to all my uncles and aunties, for all the endless help and advises given.
8. Thanks to all cousins and relatives who worked together to make this day a Happy day for me.
9. Not to forget , thanks to my besties, Lynn and Azlin who helped me from day till night. Lynn who is heavily pregnant, not making it as an excuse, really went all out to be my part-time touch-up mak andam and also help to pack food for guests to bring home. For Azlin, who doesn't mind getting her clothes wet and fingers' dirty and wash those large stack of dishes for me.
10. Thanks to my cousin, Mun for staying the night over at my place just to help me clean up our home and make it spick and span.
11. Thanks to my soon-to-be brother and sister-in law , not forgetting the cute lil boy, Ryann. They make me feel so welcome and their friendliness and warmth touches me.
12. Thanks to my colleagues who came right after work even though tired, they still look good for me.14.Thanks to all my guests who came to grace the ceremony.On top of all too, thanks to my darling for all his love , care and concern for me.
And thus, Im now engaged to my precious :)15th March 2008. We'll pray for the best and to help us tide over whatever the challenges that will come our way.
